Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This store is operated by Persian Équipe. All products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or made to the customer’s specifications.

Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right.
Non-personalized products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning any item.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order through Printful:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind on personalized items.
For non-personalized products, returns may be accepted in accordance with EU law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Printful Policy Alignment)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

In these cases, we will request a replacement or refund from our fulfillment partner (Printful). Approved claims are reprinted or refunded at no cost to you.

This process follows our fulfillment partner’s quality guarantee policy.

5. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived:

Domestic orders: contact within 30 days after estimated delivery
International orders: contact within 45 days

We will investigate the issue with our shipping provider and fulfillment partner.

6. Fulfillment Disclaimer

All orders are produced and shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider (Printful). However, we remain responsible for handling customer support and ensuring your rights under EU consumer law are respected.
