Shipping & Delivery
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party production partner.
Order Processing
Because all products are made to order, processing time is typically 2–7 business days before shipping.
During busy periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Times (After Dispatch)
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- Peak seasons (holidays, sales periods)
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always assist you in case of delays.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Domestic orders: contact us within 30 days after estimated delivery
- International orders: contact us within 45 days
We will investigate the issue with our shipping carrier and fulfillment partner and provide a solution where possible.
